Our Services and How to Get Started
We offer a comprehensive range of services to support families and students with various needs, beginning with a free initial consultation to discuss your child's needs and assess the current educational situation. Our educational advocacy includes reviewing educational records and IEPs, attending school meetings, developing customized advocacy strategies, and providing ongoing support and communication with school personnel. We assist in developing, reviewing, and revising IEPs and 504 Plans to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, advocating for appropriate accommodations and services, and monitoring plan implementation for effectiveness. In cases of conflict, we represent families in disputes with schools or districts, mediate conflicts, and prepare for due process hearings if necessary. Our services also include coordinating independent educational evaluations (IEEs), interpreting assessment results, and recommending additional assessments when needed. To get started, contact us via our contact form to schedule an initial consultation. Please note that our Advocacy services are distinct from legal representation, and we maintain strict confidentiality and privacy policies to protect your family's information.
